3. Shipping: We strive to process and ship orders as promptly as possible, shipping orders leave Monday and Thursday, following payment received. Shipping costs and delivery times for saddles are dependent on location.
Shipping costs and delivery times are based on location and method of shipping, through either registered AusPost (small items) or Courier (Saddles).
4. Product Information: We make every effort to display accurate product information, including pricing and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or current.

7. Big Sky Saddlery Australia reserves the right to cancel or disable any accounts.
Items received that are damaged or the wrong product can be returned within 14 days of payment/invoice date, and must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging. All postage cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer/buyer (this excludes saddle purchases)
No returns are accepted on custom orders/special orders/sale items/saddles.
Big Sky Saddlery greatly appreciates our customers and would like you to know before your purchase that we do NOT accept returns of any SADDLES. NO refunds will be made and NO exchanges will be accepted. Please double check and contact us for any further information regarding any saddles before placing an order to prevent any unwanted or incorrect purchases.
Saddles are sold as-is. All saddle sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on any saddle. We thank you for your understanding
